Exchange & returns

Please inspect your order while our courier is present. If you change your mind or the item does not suit you, you may return it immediately before accepting delivery.

After accepting the order, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

For a size or preference exchange, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

If an item is defective, damaged, or different from your order, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when the issue is caused by an incorrect or defective item.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
